    Great article.. I just saw this code snippet and found a problem.. This code may just be for representation purpose but this just caught my eye. after the consolidation is the behavior still maintained??
    IsNotEligibleForDisability(), I think should have || and not &&

    Great presentation.. keep posting some more best practices articles.
